MoonCake Crust Mix are produce by a good quality product for you and its suitable for Mooncake Festival season to bake crunchy mooncake at your own kitchen.
How to prepare and make the MoonCake using our MoonCake Crust Mix.
INGREDIENTS
* 500gm Mooncake Crust Mix
* 250gm butter
* 2 eggs
METHOD
1. Beat butter until creamy, add in egg one piece at a time and mix well
2. Add in Mooncake Mix until well combined
3. Divide dough into 60gm per piece ; yields 14 pieces
4. For filling, roll mooncake paste into balls of 55gm each
5. Wrap the dough around the mooncake paste, well sealed and shape them into round shape
6. Brush the top of each mooncake with egg wash and decorate with some seeds.
7. Bake at 180C for 15minutes, remove from oven and brush with egg wash again. Bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown in color.

Sarawak/Sabah : RM 25.00

Refund Policy
If you’re product receive in not good condition or damage, you can return or exchange your order within 24 hours after received the order. You can choose either you want to refund or exchange with same price product or new product with different price and shipping free will be on us. If your choose to change new product with different price, if the price are low from original price, NO Refund on the exchange, but if the price are more that the original, you must pay the different before we processing the order and shipping cost will be bare by us.,
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
