Complete Your Store Profile

Add Store Products

Add New Product

  1. On your Store Manager, hover to Products > Add New.

 

2. Select your product type by selecting from the drop down menu

Simple Product

  • Fill in the product title and price (put in sale price if you wish to sell the product at a discounted price for events etc).
  • Click ‘schedule’ if you wish to set a limited-time sale for the product.
  • Do not forget to insert the product’s image by clicking the image icon and drop the file or click the ‘Select Files’.
  • Fill in short description as well as description of the product. You can choose in which categories your product would appear by selecting in the Categories section. You can further customize your product by putting in tags and catalog visibility.

  • In Inventory, fill in SKU (must be in alphanumeric and cannot have the same SKU as other products), tick on Manage Stock and enter the quantity of your product. The quantity will be deducted automatically when the product is purchased. Choose if the product can be backordered, and tick on Sold individually if the product can only be purchased once in a single order.

  • In Shipping, provide the weight (kg) and dimensions of the product, and processing time. Tick Override Shipping if you want to set a different shipping cost from your default store shipping. If you want to set your product to have an additional fee on the first product purchased, provide the fee in Additional Price, and provide fee in Per Qty Additional Price for second product purchased.

  • Leave Attributes section as is and set your SEO by providing the Title and Description for the product. In Product Policies, provide your store policy for the product. This includes shipping, refund and cancellation/return/exchange Policy.
  • In Advanced section, tick Enable Review to allow customers to leave reviews for the product. Insert in Menu Order (numbers only) if you want to have custom ordering position. You may provide Additional Note for customer after they had purchased the product. (i.e Thank You note)
  • Click Draft to edit your product later or click Submit for a review by us before having your new product displayed on our website.

Variable Product

  • Variable product is used for items that have multiple options (i.e hoodie with different colors).
  • Fill in the product title short description as well as description of the product.
  • Do not forget to insert the product’s image by clicking the image icon and drop the file or click the ‘Select Files’.
  • You can choose in which categories your product would appear by selecting in the Categories section. You can further customize your product by putting in tags and catalog visibility.

  • In Inventory, fill in SKU (must be in alphanumeric and cannot have the same SKU as other products), tick on Manage Stock and enter the quantity of your product.   • In Attributes, click ADD button to add variations on the product. Provide the name of the variations (i.e color, weight) and give values to the variation (i.e Yellow|Red|Black). You can add more attribute (i.e size).

  • Go to Variations section. Choose the Default Form Values for default variation chose when in product page. For every values you have entered in Attributes section, you need to create a variation for each of the values. You can also choose in Variations Bulk Options -> Create variations from all attributes to automatically create the variations. Fill in the form accordingly .

  • Set your SEO by providing the Title and Description for the product. In Product Policies, provide your store policy for the product. This includes shipping, refund and cancellation/return/exchange Policy.

Grouped Products

  • Grouped product is used to group your existing products and combine them under a single product. (Make sure the products that are grouped have similarity (i.e same category, tags, etc)).
  • Fill in the product title short description as well as description of the product.
  • Do not forget to insert the product’s image by clicking the image icon and drop the file or click the ‘Select Files’.
  • You can choose in which categories your product would appear by selecting in the Categories section. You can further customize your product by putting in tags and catalog visibility.

You can also import/export your product in .csv file. Click Products, click ‘Product Import’ or ‘Product Export’.

7. Once the admin approve, you can view your item using the search bar for your product.
